This surgical series shows the surgical markings and superficial anatomy of both a unilateral and bilateral cleft lip. The anatomical landmarks such as the wet & dry vermillion and the white roll that are significant in the surgical repair are also featured. The repositioning of the soft palate for the velar hitch procedure is demonstrated in the sagittal section.
