This black & white tonal series shows a series of surgical steps for repairing a scleral erosion (over an implanted glaucoma drainage device) using a conjunctival pedicle perforator flap. Utilization of the conjunctival flap in conjunction with a corneal patch has a higher success rate than that of the patch alone.
